Banana oat pancakes

I love love love these quick, tasty and healthy pancakes. Something the whole family will eat- even fussy kids!

Simply blend 2 bananas, 1/2 cup wholegrain oats and 3 eggs. Add more water or oats to get pancake batter right consistency. Fry in pan with butter and serve with your favourite toppings.
