Ingredients
2 eggs
400mls milk of choice
2 tsp cinnamon
200grams wholegrain oats
2 grated carrots
80g of sultanas or raisins
Instructions
Mix egg and milk with whisk in large bowl
Add in remaining ingredients and mix well
Grease a dish and then add mixture
Bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes, until cooked.
Serve with honey and yoghurt
