With the news of a possible lockdown soon, we may need this recipe more than ever!
I made this wee concoction in the weekend and it was delish! I had to make a couple of changes to the video I posted so here is the recipe with instructions.
Ingredients 180g cacao butter 2/3 C cacao powder 2 tbsp inulin powder (optional) 1/8 tsp salt (grind it so very fine) 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract 3-4 tbsp monkfruit sweetener (I use Lakanto brand).
Instructions 1. Over a double boiler, melt the cacoa butter. When its nearly all melted add the monkfruit sweetener and cook until all melted. 2. Remove bowl from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Whisk until all incorporated. 3. Pour into chocolate moulds and chill for approx 1 hour until set. At this point you can add your own extras (I like goji berries and chopped almonds, or dried strawberries) 4. DEVOUR!
